House Rules

The rules for using our apartments are the same for all guests and are designed to ensure a safe and comfortable stay:

- The fundamental rule is **“treat the properties as if they were your own”**, taking care of every detail to keep them in optimal condition.

- The simultaneous or improper use of appliances such as ovens, air conditioners, water heaters, dishwashers, washing machines, and others can cause electrical overloads. Therefore, if excessive use is detected, a temporary power cut will automatically occur to protect the installation and prevent fire hazards.

- **Holding parties or events** inside the apartments is strictly prohibited.

- Sheets and towels must be used exclusively for their original purpose. **It is not permitted to use them outside the apartment**, nor to remove makeup, clean shoes, or take them to the beach.

- Smoking is only permitted in apartments with a balcony and must be done **exclusively outside**, never smoking through windows or inside the apartment.

These standards are designed to preserve quality and safety for all guests and the property. Strict adherence to them ensures a pleasant and trouble-free experience.
