Cancellation Policy

Our flexible cancellation policy applies as follows, taking the official check-in time of 3:00 PM as a reference:

- If you cancel at least 5 full days before arrival (before 3:00 PM on the corresponding day), you will be refunded 80% of your booking amount.

- If you cancel within 5 days prior to arrival, but before 3:00 PM on the day of arrival, you will be refunded 20% of the total amount paid.

- If you cancel on the day of arrival after 3:00 PM, you will be charged the full amount of your reservation and the apartment will remain available to the guest for the contracted dates.

For clarity, any cancellation made before 3:00 PM on the relevant day will be considered within the aforementioned period and will be eligible for a refund. However, cancellations made after 3:00 PM will be considered outside the refund period.
